سياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال
١. شروط الإرجاع والاستبدال
نقبل طلبات الإرجاع أو الاستبدال خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلام الطلب، وفقًا للشروط التالية:
– أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وفي حالته الأصلية مع التغليف الأصلي.
– تقديم إيصال الشراء أو رقم الطلب.
– المنتجات التالفة أو المعيبة نتيجة خطأ من جانبنا.
٢. المنتجات غير القابلة للإرجاع
لا يمكن إرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات التالية:
– المنتجات المفتوحة أو المستخدمة.
– المنتجات التي تم شراؤها ضمن عروض خاصة أو تصفيات.
– المنتجات التي تتطلب تخزينًا خاصًا وتم فتحها.
٣. إجراءات الإرجاع
لإتمام عملية الإرجاع أو الاستبدال:

2. تقديم تفاصيل الطلب وصور للمنتج إذا كان تالفًا أو معيبًا.
3. بعد الموافقة، سيتم تزويدك بتعليمات الشحن لإعادة المنتج.
٤. استرداد المبالغ
– يتم استرداد المبالغ بنفس طريقة الدفع الأصلية خلال 7-14 يوم عمل.
– في حالة الدفع عند الاستلام، يتم استرداد المبلغ كرصيد في حسابك على الموقع أو عبر تحويل بنكي.

Return and exchange policy
1. Return and exchange conditions
We accept return or exchange requests within 14 days of receiving the order, subject to the following conditions:
– The product must be unused and in its original condition with original packaging.
– Provide the purchase receipt or order number.
– Products that are damaged or defective due to an error on our part.
2. Non-returnable products
The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
– Opened or used products.
– Products purchased as part of special offers or sales.
– Products that require special storage and have been opened.
3. Return procedure
To complete a return or exchange:

2. Provide order details and photos of the product if it is damaged or defective.
3. After approval, you will be provided with shipping instructions to return the product.
4. Refund
– Refunds are made in the same way as the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
– In the case of COD, the amount is refunded as a credit to your account on the website or via bank transfer.
